Selçuk Kaan Saltık was born in 1963 in Istanbul, Türkiye. After graduating from TED Ankara College, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the United States International University in San Diego, California, in 1983. He later completed his Master’s degree in International Business Management at the same university.
Following his graduation, he worked for one year at Mercedes-Benz’s Freiburg branch in Germany. In 1986, he joined the Koluman Group, where he held various managerial positions in bus and passenger car sales. In 2008, he was appointed Sales & Marketing Director of Koluman Motorlu Araçlar A.Ş.
As part of the Group’s growth strategy, Mr. Saltık founded Hama Oto Kiralama A.Ş. in 2007, Koluman Romania in 2008, and Koluman Russia in 2015.
He currently serves as the CEO of Koluman Motorlu Araçlar A.Ş., and holds positions as Chairman and Member of the Board within several Koluman Group companies. Since 2016, he has represented Koluman Holding A.Ş. on the Board of Directors of Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş.
In addition, he actively participates in various professional and industry organizations, including the Trailer Manufacturers Association (TREDER), FEAC Mercedes-Benz European Distributors Truck Committee, TOBB Automotive Trade Council, and the TED Alumni Business Association (KİD).
Mr. Saltık is fluent in English and German, and is married with two children.
Ali Türkay Saltık was born in 1967 in Ankara, Türkiye. After completing his secondary education at TED Ankara College, he graduated in 1987 from the United States International University (San Diego, California) with a degree in International Business Administration. He later earned his Master’s degree in International Relations from the same university.
Following his studies, he worked for one year at the Mercedes-Benz Unimog Factory in Gaggenau, Germany, and for 16 months as a Trainee Sales Consultant for Unimog products at Auto Henne, an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer in Munich.
Mr. Saltık began his career at Koluman Group in February 1993 as a Public Sales Representative. He was promoted to Public Projects Manager in 1995, and between 1997 and 1999 served as Sales Manager for Mercedes-Benz Products at Koluman’s İzmir office.
With the official establishment of Koluman’s Istanbul dealership in 1999, he took on the roles of Sales Manager for Mercedes-Benz Trucks and Buses, and in 2002 Public Sales Manager.
In March 2005, he was appointed Regional General Manager for Istanbul at Koluman Motorlu Araçlar A.Ş., and in 2016 became Sales & Marketing Director for Commercial Vehicles.
In 2017, in addition to his existing responsibilities, he was appointed Member of the Board of Directors of Koluman Holding and Chairman of the Board of Koluman Insurance. In 2018, he founded Koluman Monde, the company responsible for the sales and service operations of the Peugeot and DS brands.
In 2020, Mr. Saltık also assumed the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of both Koluman Holding and Koluman Otomotiv Endüstri A.Ş.. He continues to oversee all of his responsibilities, including his role as Head of Commercial Vehicles Export Department.
Mr. Saltık is actively involved in several prominent industry associations, including TAİD (Heavy Commercial Vehicles Association of Türkiye), YESDER (Mercedes-Benz Authorized Dealers and Services Association), the German-Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AHK), and the Foreign Economic Relations Board of Türkiye (DEİK).
He is fluent in English and German, and is married with two children.
Dr. Mustafa Can Koluman was born in 1966 in Frankfurt, Germany.
He earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Economics from the University of Chicago in the late 1980s, specializing in Bayesian Econometrics.
In 2014, he completed a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence at Imperial College London, followed by a Ph.D. in Computer Science from City, University of London in 2024.
Between 1997 and 1999, Dr. Koluman served as Project Manager at Koluman Holding, and later joined the Board of Directors in 2018.
Throughout his career, he has worked in various companies as an Information Systems and Internet Design/Programming Specialist, and subsequently as a Consultant.
In 2019, he made a speech at the Annual Meeting of the Cognitive Science Society in Montreal, Canada, presenting his paper titled “Modelling Emotion-Based Reward Valuation with Computational Reinforcement Learning.”
Since early 2020, Dr. Koluman has been conducting research on artificial intelligence modeling.
With a deep interest in Cognitive Science, he also holds a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis, where he received the Steven J. Rose Research Award in 1994.
From 1994 to 1996, he worked as a Physical Therapist at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois.
Dr. Koluman is fluent in English and German, and is married.
Tolga Tunaboylu was born in 1973 in Ankara, Türkiye. He graduated from the Middle East Technical University (METU) with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and later completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Bilkent University.
He began his career at Arthur Andersen, where he conducted financial audits for more than 30 companies across various industries.
Mr. Tunaboylu joined Koluman Motorlu Araçlar Tic. ve San. A.Ş. in 2002 as Finance Manager. In 2004, he was appointed Director of Corporate Development and Member of the Executive Board, where he led the company’s organizational restructuring and strategic growth initiatives.
In 2007, he assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, investment analysis, and corporate finance strategies.
He currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Koluman Holding A.Ş., Koluman Otomotiv Endüstri A.Ş., Koluman Motorlu Araçlar A.Ş., and Koluman Sigorta A.Ş.
An expert in finance, internal auditing, budgeting, investment strategies, and corporate finance, Mr. Tunaboylu holds multiple professional designations, including Certified Public Accountant (CPA – SMMM), Independent Auditor (KGK), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR), and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
He is also pursuing Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) accreditation.
Mr. Tunaboylu is fluent in English and has intermediate proficiency in German.
He is married and actively interested in motorsports, tennis, swimming, and cycling, and enjoys traveling in his spare time.
