IT Service Management Policy
Koluman Motorlu Araçlar A.Ş. commits to accurately analyzing user requirements in Technology Services, providing Information Technology services at the promised level, ensuring full compliance with IT-related regulations for both the company and users, and continuously improving service management by adopting the principles outlined in the ISO 20000-1 Information Technology Service Management Standard. To ensure user satisfaction and deliver services in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), the company applies the following measures:
- Manage IT services in accordance with ISO 20000-1 Service Management System processes, creating added value for users and meeting their requirements,
- Continuously analyze the resource needs and costs of the services provided, perform capacity planning, and drive continuous improvement,
- Ensure the continuity and security of the IT service infrastructure,
- Continuously measure, evaluate, and improve SLA compliance levels of the services provided,
- Determine the competencies required for service delivery and provide teams with these competencies,
- Minimize service interruptions by recording, classifying, prioritizing, and performing corrective actions for incidents, changes, problems, and releases,
- Implement changes and releases that may affect services in a controlled manner with proper approval,
- Ensure the continuity of IT systems during extraordinary circumstances,
- Ensure, measure, and monitor that services provided by suppliers comply with SLAs agreed with users,
- The goal of the user-focused IT Unit of Koluman Motor Vehicles Inc. is to meet all service level agreements, achieve process performance targets for each service process, ensure business continuity for users served, and continuously improve service processes.
